Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://trtransmissionsllc.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, TR Transmission's LLC markets and arranges Suspension Repair, Transmission Repair, Brake Repair, Engine Repair, Oil Change, Car Diagnostics. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to TR Transmission's LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. TR Transmission's LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. TR Transmission's LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of TR Transmission's LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify TR Transmission's LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.
Updates. TR Transmission's LLC reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
